EGG WHITE WRAP
Serves 1
386 calories, 41g protein
Ingredients:
2 rashers short cut bacon (finely chopped)
100ml egg white
1 low carb high protein wrap
40g shredded light mozzarella
1 tsp garlic and herb seasoning
1 tbsp finely shaved red onion
3 thin slices of tomato
Handful of spinach
1 tsp sriracha
Method:
Add the bacon to a nonstick pan on medium heat for 2 minutes
Pour over the egg white and place the wrap on top. Wait 1 minute then flip
Top one side with the cheese, seasoning, red onion, tomato & spinach
Drizzle sriracha on the other side, fold and press down for 1 minute until the cheese has melted
Cut and enjoy!

Ingredients:
1 cup plain flour of your choice
2 scoops of vanilla impact whey from MyProtein
2 eggs
1 cup lite milk
