BIG MAC CRUNCH WRAP FOLD 🍔
Wrapped, toasted, and ready in minutes. Crispy, cheesy, saucy perfection in every bite!
Ingredients:
1 large wrap
1 slice of burger cheese
1 burger patty (homemade or from a butcher)
1 tbsp onion, diced
2 tbsp homemade big mac sauce. Recipe here.
1/4 cup iceberg lettuce, diced
4 corn chips
3 pickles (optional)
Method:
Make your big mac sauce using this recipe here.
Cook your burger patty on a medium - high heat on each side for approx. 2-3 mins
Cut into one quarter of the wrap
Place one quarter with sliced cheese and the burger, the other quarter with Big Mac sauce and onions, followed by lettuce, pickles and corn chips on the remaining (refer to image above)
Place in a pan on high heat and flip on each side for 1-2 mins until crispy
Cut down the middle and enjoy!
