Crispy Furikake Salmon Bites. Delicious for entertaining or a kid-friendly meal! Fresh salmon mixed with fragrant furikake, coated in crunchy panko, and air-fried to perfection.
Ingredients:
250g fresh salmon (no skin)
1 cup cooked sushi rice
1 tbsp furikake
1/2 cup plain flour
1 egg
1 cup panko bread crumbs
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 spring onion (finely chopped)
1/2 avocado (sliced)
Method:
Chop the salmon fillets into a mince like texture
Add the furikake to the rice then mix in with the salmon
Beat the egg with a fork to make the egg wash
Shape 1 tbsp of the salmon mixture into a ball with your hand then coat in the flour, egg wash and panko crumb
Cook in the air fryer for 10 minutes on 200 degrees
Top the balls with spring onion and serve with avocado and soy sauce
