Ingredients:
350g High Protein Vanilla Yoghurt
1 scoop Vanilla or White Chocolate Protein
35ml sugar free maple syrup
2 tsp matcha powder
4 medium strawberries, sliced
1 tbsp shredded coconut
Method:
In a bowl, add the yoghurt, protein powder, maple syrup and matcha powder. Whip until smooth
Spread across a lined baking tray approx. 1/2 a cm thick
Add strawberries and coconut on top and place in the freezer overnight (or a minimum of 6 hours)
Snap and enjoy!
