Cabbage dumpling rolls! "Eating healthy is boring and expensive"
CABBAGE DUMPLING ROLLS

Recipe below for 3 people:
Ingredients:
1 whole Napa cabbage
500g lean pork mince
1 mediu mcarrot (grated
1 cup mushroom (finely chopped)
1 tablespoon sesame oil
15g finely chopped spring onions
1 large egg
4 tbsp kecap manis (2 for mixture, 2 for serving)
4 tbsp soy sauce (2 for mixture, 2 for serving
5g sesame seeds
Method:
Peel off each cabbage leaf and blanch in boiling salted water for approx. 3-5 minutes or until transparent. Remove and place on paper towel to absorb water
Meanwhile in a large non stick pan/wok, cook the pork mince, spring onions, carrot, mushroom, 2 tbsp kecap manis and 2 tbsp soy sauce.
Once the mince is fully cooked (approx. 10 minutes) remove from the heat and stir in the egg to make the mixture sticky
Lay down each piece of cabbage, and fill with 1.5 tbsp of pork mixture (size of mixture may change pending size of the cabbage leaf)
Brown each “dumpling” in a non stick pan on high heat
Serve with a mixture of kecap manis, soy sauce, sesame seeds and spring onions.
