STEAMED CABBAGE DUMPLINGS 🥬

Serves 1 - makes 6 rolls
Ingredients:
6 large whole napa cabbage leaves
150g lean pork mince
2 tbsp spring onions, chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped or minced
3 mushrooms, finely chopped
1/4 cup carrot, grated
2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp chilli oil of your choice
1 tbsp soy sauce (for serving)
Method:
Peel off each cabbage leaf and chop off the rough white bottom stem. Place into the Sunbeam SteamFry and steam for 8 minutes on 100 degrees. Remove and place on paper towel to absorb water
Meanwhile a large bowl, combine the pork mince, spring onion, garlic, mushrooms, carrot and teriyaki sauce
Lay down each piece of cabbage, and fill with 1 heaped tbsp of pork mixture (size of mixture may change pending size of the cabbage leaf)
Place the cabbage dumplings back into the airfryer and cook on steam mode for 12 minutes
Remove, top with chilli oil and soy sauce and enjoy!
