BURGER LETTUCE WRAP π with homemade Big Mac sauce
Serves 1
383 calories, 41g Protein per serve
Ingredients:
6 large lettuce leaves (starting with a whole lettuce)
1/4 brown onion finely diced
130g extra lean beef mince
1 tsp salt & pepper
2 slices light cheese
3 thin slices of tomato
3 pickle slices
Homemade Big Mac sauce:
1 tbsp low fat mayo
1 tsp bbq sauce
1/2 tsp dijon mustard
1 pickle slice finely chopped
1 tbsp pickle juice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Method:
To create the lettuce cups, cut the hard knob off the lettuce head. Hallow out the lettuce by pulling out the smaller insides, being careful not the rip the outer. Save the inner leaves for salad/another recipe
